Yes, this is the duo. Being team-mates in multipate projects over the course of years is a big help, you learn eachothers weaknesses and cover what the other person lacks.

After multiple fights, cries, crisis, laughs and gratitude; they are ready to lead. By contributing different aspects, The Secretariat is here to serve their best to our team and all the participants. So don't you worry, you are in great hands.

As the Secretary General of this conference, I can not express how lucky I feel to be in this position, and work with a such a talented friend, Furkan. I know we, and all our teams are doing their best for the conference, and I feel incredibly proud of every member.

As the Director General of EFFLMUN25, I’m a very lucky person to have a friend like Güneş who can always support me. Knowing that she’s by my side is truly comforting and I can trust her about everything. After all the challenges and efforts, I believe we will create the best conference we possibly can.

Academic Team

Academic Team's job may look hard and boring. No glitter, no music, no cupcakes. Just a whirlwind of ideas and a lot of hardwork. But for us it is just the perfect job. We think, we explore, we examine, we find, we write. Now this, is the real fun for MUN nerds. What do you think about the conference? Maybe you liked how innovative the agenda items are or the perfectly crafted, exceptionally conprehensive study guides; maybe it was the meticulously selected chairboard that got you mesmerized or how carefully planned the delegation allocations are. If you appreciated any of these, Academic Team should be given the credits.

The academic content is what adds value to a conference. So it surely is a stressful job. But along with all the hardship, it is a real pleasure for me to work with a team that always knows their responsibilities and never fails to amaze me with their creativity and hardwork. I, as the HOA of the conference; can confidently say that I am really proud of my team and I can assure you that EFFLMUN'25 will not dissapoint!

Dear Participants,

We as the organization team are sipping our coffees and shuffling through an ever growing to-do list, our goal certain: to make sure we all enjoy our weekend and not start an international crisis from one coffee break to another (hopefully) But here is the thing, even with all the stress, rushing and drama (which our head is a big fan of) we love it. Remember, we might not be the spotlight of the debate but without us, the spotlight wouldn't be even there!

As we are deep in spreadsheets, gossip box designs and way too many group chats which I might or might have not muted…(Sorry Güneş <3) I -as the head of this team- am excited to have you all in EFFLMUN'25!

Meet the Team Administration Behind every successful conference someones making sure the gears keep turning. Our team of Administration is that quiet force, coordinating schedules, solving problems before anyone notices them, and keeping both the program and the people refreshed. From unexpected hiccups to last-minute changes, they handle it all with calm efficiency and a dash of good humour. And the head of the Administration, me Eymen Taşçı. Im extra hopeful about the event and truly excited for the teamwork. You can be sure that when you raise your placard in committee we will be right next to you .Are you ready for us ?Because we are all set for you .

Even if we’re not always in the spotlight, we’re the problem-solvers behind the scenes that most of you don’t even notice. We’re the creators of all those little things you never stop to think about – making the magic happen while you focus on the debate.

Hello EFFLMUN family!

The Finance Team: organized, and always ready to find solutions. In a way, we are the lifeline of EFFLMUN. We offer much more than just balanced budgets; we offer our sincerity and support. In short, you might find us laughing with both our calculators and team-mates throughout the conference.

As the Head of this team, Eymen Öktem, you could call me the “head of money,” but don't worry, my job isn't just about crunching numbers. As the finance team, our job is to be the unsung heroes of the conference; while you focus on your discussions, we make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

It's a great privilege to work together, and we can't wait to meet you!

We'll always be on stage. Don't worry, we won't force anyone on the dance floor... maybe. If you start checking your watch and waiting for the break with us, that's exactly as planned. We love controlling the time ;)
